I was playing in NA1 and I had just kill some guy off his horse. I then proceeded to kill the horse so the other team could get it. Jason comes out of nowhere and starts attacking me saying "You had no banner and were attacking my horse." He had not whistled for the horse so I don't know how he was claiming it but after he killed me he took my horse not the one he claimed was his.

Yep that's what happened.

I saw no banner and thought that he was on the other team.

Once again I am sorry, and it's unfortunate that this bug is still in the game.

The no banner bug does exist, but considering the M feature was being used here to report teamwounding and 4 prior bans on record for teamkilling or teamwounding, I'm going to issue a 12 hour ban.

This is a light ban because it could've legitimately been no banner bug, but you should've been sensible once M reports came in and there is a history for this.  Stay out of trouble or bans might be getting much longer in the future.
