Suggestion: rank 1 restrictions

I would like to see it so that rank 1 faction members have restricted info in strat.

Rank 1 kind of implies they are prospect clan members, recruits or just some kind of affiliate player and perhaps don't really need to see all the info on the "faction" tab, such as everyone's inventory. Also if possible they don't really need to see the location of every single faction party on the map screen, just parties they have line of sight on.
