  • Stress: Being in a position of leadership in my first strategus round has been overwhelming, while it has also been interesting and I've met many great people, I do not cope well with stress - it's a main factor in why my doctor has me signed off from working.

I'm interested in how you got signed off from working. I have severe anxiety disorder and they still won't cut me a break for anything in the US.

Tool!!!!  Quits in middle of war and pretends he won against a smaller faction.  What a copout.  If he actually won he would keep playing and prove it, but of course he can't prove it so he should keep his silly mouth shut and stop bragging about something that never happened.

Nomin is both a coward and a fool!  How can one win a war that they backed out of?  It sounds like LLJK won by forfeit to me.

On a serious note, you can't expect a faction to go anywhere if the bloody leaders can't take a little bit of stress.  Oh noes we got attacked by a random guy and we're busy fighting a war.  And then some big meany doo-doo heads attacked our caravan because we were stealing their S&D

Haha you guys "beat" LLJK by ending the war and having your leaders break down and quit?  Congrats on getting one village, but you're furiously masturbating over something that only warrants a pat on the back.

Also, I don't think you know what Superior Goon Tactics are.

The whole self-pity party is a bit annoying, when you have 94 v 30.  You don't see LLJK bitching out and crying facing utter annihilation by a 3-clan alliance/merc contract because 3v1 - all their posts have been crying defiance till the end.  You get a couple caravans raided and 1 random ninja raiding your castle and get trolled on the forums a little and suddenly "the whole world is against you" and you resign.  You are still winning and could easily have a favorable peace if you are too tired, or just choose better times to attack.

There was no mistake in attacking LLJK, we were winning that war comprehensively, there was only one very minor set-back which was losing a Remnant army to them - leaving their army crippled, barely more than 100 men. In every other arena we have out-maneuvered, out-fought and out-thought LLJK. We had destroyed their armies, raided their trade caravans, raided their city, taken a village from them and were capable of taking more. This war was ours for the taking and we had the resources to do so. PhantomZero knew this, which is why he agreed to our terms when we approached him before the battles; Slim Vs Auphilia and myself Vs Shariz - Notice that we won both via LLJK retreating without a fight.

I am going to stop reading the strategus forum after this post and this is my final word on this matter: The Shogunate had defeated LLJK, anyone who disagrees is misinformed of the situation. There were no "Superior Goon Tactics" and they were not "unbeatable". We proved this.

LLJK were good opponents, but opponents whom we have bested. I leave strat with the best war record of any Ninja to date, knowing that if it were not for the demands on my health that strat requires, all would see that I and the Shogunate were victorious.

Thank you again to everyone who made this possible, it was a pleasure (relatively) to play with you and I do hope that we will all keep in touch.

As I've said many times before I fully respect The Ninja with its accomplishments and staying true to their convictions.

I can understand why you quit and I am sincere when I say I hope the best for your health, but I dislike this gloating "I'm better than you" attitude you're giving off so let me treat you with a reflection of the behavior you're exhibiting.

Let me know when you unlock the Steam Strategus Achievement "Single-handily disbands a faction" and then you can step into my shadow. That shadow will be hard to see at first, because I'm the best ninja and even my shadow is hidden.

Look at Ptolemy acting like it wasn't "Superior Goon Tactics" that have ruined his health and brought him to his knees.  How do you know that wasn't the plan to begin with?

If you get stressed out over a game, so far as to "endanger" your health, you are taking it a bit too seriously.

Also, you didn't win shit. Learn the definition of forfeit.
