Hi there i can't believe this has happend, ive just got back from work and i went to log in and it say's i'm banned, all i can think of is that  my 6 year old son was playing it at some, point when he shouldn't have been.I'm so sorry for this i will put a lock on my pc so it won't happen again, please can you unban me and tell me what happend

Right now you are banned until 16.10.2012 for griefing.

Obviously the "my brother", "my kid", "my dog" excuse is nothing that we can confirm and since you are responsible for everything happening with your account it also won't really help getting unbanned.

Unreal is the admin who banned you and he will probably let you know if there is any chance of shortening the ban or not and he will also be able to provide you with info on what happened.

Make sure no one can access your account or play the game with it if you want to avoid this happening again.
