Wow that build is really bad. 3 athletics with 18 agility is really, really bad.

Why is that?  The 18 agi is for the 6 wm... 154 2h wpf and 8 ps.  Light/medium armor and you're fast enough with 3 athletics.  I thought 8 ps and 154 wpf were a pretty good combo.  I think someone told me that something like 50 wpf is like 1 ps?  I dunno how accurate that is though.

You should always max PS and Athletics for any melee infantry build. So, if you want to make 24-18 build, you better go with:
8 PS
6 ATH
3 WM
Weapon master is far not as effective as athletics, especially if you use a short weapon like katana.
