NA 3 Issues

First of all: It says I have 50 ping, yet it plays like I have like 160s ping or something...
Second: I die and lose 20 points, then I kill the person like 5 times and I get 0 points (it doesn't even say I'm receiving 0 points like it does usually). I rejoined and killed the person and got 5 points, then I killed the person again, and again it doesn't even say I got points (I got 0 but it doesn't even show it), it just says I won the duel.

Is that a glitch or something? It's super annoying.
