We usually don't punish TK's at the very end of a round the same as mid game TK's. They effect your scoreboard, but don't show up on stats in your character page or affect the outcome of the round at all.
That said, I'll give a warning to Rick_Ross to not grief/TK people that aren't in your clan or your friends, some people don't appreciate it. More complaints and warnings will turn to bans. That is all!
