The point is to buff the Horse Archery
skill, not the HA class.
But playing a HA is not so easy, because you must spend a lot of point in everything.
Actually HA is the more useless skill because it gives you a very little bonus (in fact, it reduces your malus) at high cost. And only for bowers and throwers.
You need 6 AGI to access 1 HA ! Why ?
A horse archer have so few free points to spend, why deny them this skill ?
