Nothing is more out of control in this game than TW'ing. I heard a suggestion and thought it was a nice idea:

If you TW someone you lose 1k gold.
If you TW twice you lose 5k
Increments from there

a TK is 15k

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

I would rather have a penalty of 5 or so gold per friendly point of damage in the first 30 seconds of every match, that would make me happy.
