Veteran Keeps popping up in chat

It keeps popping up with the veteran title (Veteran Hospitaller_Havoc.....) about a minnute in every round. Is it supposed to do that or is it bugged?

This sometimes happens with other titles as well.

Whenever your character info updates on the site(i.e leveled up, distributed a WPF point, ATTR point or skill point), it will announce your title once again. When I retired and started playing on max-lvl-20 server, it would announce it every 2nd round haha.

It's also bugged, because it repeats "has entered the battlefield!" twice. "Nerd Bjord has entered the battlefield!, has entered the battlefield!".
