Vote bans are for players causing a repeated disruption to the game for everyone, by doing something they cannot help but be affected by, and have returned to do it again after a votekick. Someone teamkilling and rejoining after their report-kick, a defender on siege repeatedly opening the gates, a high strengh player 1hit teamkilling to avoid reports, players who stab and slash at teammates who they believe are afk, someone spouting repeated discriminatory shit. Dont worry about being called a noob, many of us have been playing this over 2 years and are called noob all the time, it's the stock namecalling in most online competetive games.
