At the logs in NA_1 at about 9:04PM Mountain Time he will be shown to teamwound Fallen_Smiling right at spawn, then not even a minute later the same to Fallen_Fabio. Unfortunately I don't have the screenshots but the logs will show him TWing numerous times before there was any enemy contact or kills leaving little excuse.
At the very least I would like a warning issued to him.
