More Metal Sounds patch?

Does anyone know/have a more recent patch for More Metal Sounds compatibility?? The last one I saw was dated back in January of 2011... I don't think that will work very well.

Worked just fine for me, Make sure you make a Backup of the sounds file. Then patch the new one into the sounds file.
