This is a pretty simple suggestion: Turn off friendly fire on the virgin NPC.
People have started making a habit of changing the map by killing the virgin over and over again, they even start doing it without asking others.
People doing this will only stop when they have reached a map that is exploitable. This takes a lot of fun out of dtv for me, while it is my favourite game mode.
