I got banned on my second login

Hi i bought warband last night, because i liked the original mount and blade.
I had seen some youtube clips about how great multiplayer should be so thought i would start with that.
Well when i tried to log in on the server with the most players on it i saw that you needed to get a mod.
So i downloaded the mod and though that i was ready to play.
But when i did connect to the server, and startet playing i was naked.. not because i wanted to leech, but because i was new.
I got kicked, and though "hmm what did i do wrong, well lets try again" and the second time i was banned..
After that i chose to go to your homepage and read up on how to make a char, and ive been playing happely on the na servers from there.
But its a small irritation that i cant play on the eu server. So i was kinda hopeing i could get a unban at some point, as i really like the playstyle in this mod, im haveing alot of fun

Hmm, I cannot see your name on the banlist you were banned with the name Mooncript, correct?
Also always wear your peasant gear, never go naked without a weapon, if you do not have a weapon admins will see you as a leecher and remove you from the server(s).

Did you get banned via poll? If you did that is only a 1 hour ban.

There is a bug (or is it?) that sometimes, when you create new character, you are completely naked without a weapon and can't choose anything. Happened when I created my very fist cRPG character as well, guess I'm lucky I didn't get banned back then.

It's not a bug, it happens if you make a character with a name that's already taken.

i got banned under the name rakoth, but changed name to Mooncript, and made the login as Mooncript

Wasnt me who banned you, but unbanned you now, as this was no evil intend and just a newbie error. Remember, if you are "naked", the name is taken. If you make a new char you always get a peasant item set. Usualy admins can see if someone is using a common name like "Joe" and help the newbie, but I don't think anyone thought that rakoth is a "common" name 2 people would use ;)
