Balance the Duel Server

On EU_cRPG_3 everyone duels. But everyone can take superstrong Armors and weapons so that you need about 7 hits to kill him and he 1hits you.
Change it to everyone can take a Tunic and Wooden Stuff.

What about people who use the duel server to try out new equipment setups? Hard to get any real testing done in siege or battle, you know.
