Another Chat Log suggestion

Currently, when you press Chat Log while there are some chat lines active in game, it makes area in "red lines" unreadable.
(click to show/hide)

It would be nice if active chat lines are disabled while log history is open.

Also, if it is possible to have chatlog update automatically with latest lines, without having to reopen it.

I will disable those lines, and I'll see if it's feasible to update real time.
