Brothels in Medieval 2 only provide happiness, shouldn't they also decrease public health and increase population growth?  I find this a blasphemy, does CA support abortion?

Public Health directly affects population growth, so if it did both (Squalor to decrease population or a direct Public Health penalty) then they would cancel each other out. Happiness in the long run provides a small bonus to population growth, so it effectively does what you suggested.


This is coming from someone who used to help code Stainless Steel and be on the TWC Content Staff. It would be useless junk code to make it do a +0.5% bonus to pop growth and then at the same time a -0.5% bonus to pop growth.
