So, I made this little build that seems to be good, but the only thing that is bothering me is the effective throwing proficiency .
It's at 11.8 with 7 power throw.
I can always respec to my back up build, but I'm wandering if it hits anything.

12str-24 agi and throw axes like chucky.

as long as ur not getting the wpf error then u have plenty. at 7 pt u need around 91 wpf so 118 is fine

oh and unless u REALLY like spears then use jarid or jarid/lance combo ftw

Thanks for the input, but still any advice considering effective wpf would be welcome.

1 WPF is enough to hit anything, just not what you want to hit.

Or do a 27str-12agi build and throw axes and lances like I did back in November 2011.
