Archery needs some tweak imo.
First of all damage should be increased very high.
You should kill a guy with mail armor in 2 shots maximum if you are proper built.
Arrows shouldn't penetrate high tier armors all the time.Arrows should glance off the plate most of the time unless you are hitting from very close.
Arrow count in quiver should be reduced drastically , an average archer carries 30 -50 arrows which is retarded.
Weight/WPF penalty should be tweaked in order to let archers wear some armor and carry some weapons to be capable at melee , if they are capable in melee they won't try to kite.
Remove jumpshot
Buff low-mid tier bows because everyone using rusbow longbow or hornbow
Add a new arrow type for archers , "Flaming Missile" it'll leave a fire trail behind it which will help you to see where you shoot in night it'll ignore armor's damage reduction if it didn't glance off also it should deal bonus damage on wooden siege materials like siege towers,catapults, siege shields , forward base etc...
Now archers deal very low damage if these changes apply they'll hit hard but wouldn't be op because armor would do the job it designed for.
Xbow damage should go sky rocket and it should penetrate armor like bec de corbin or steel pick of ranged class.
Nothing to do , xbow meant to be op against armor so if it is not OP, it is not working.
Conclusion:
I play every class but mostly infantry and i don't want to move around with 6 arrows on me.
If i got hit by arrows , i want to die basically.
And no, don't remove ranged stun .
