Capital City?

So here's the story..

About two months ago when KUTT first acquired Slezkh Castle, I was the owner and went to set it as my Capital City. It started to do the process, said it would take until Wednesday. However, mid-way through the applying process for it, I transferred ownership of the Castle to Muki while I tended to some war efforts. I noticed that it showed the message still in my character page, even though I wasn't the owner.

Then, I reclaimed Slezkh Castle, the name once again filled in the blank spot, but still it showed the same time and day, but never applied it. Now that I've taken over Curaw, I really am tired of this bug, and want to report it. I cannot set my new capital city, because the server still thinks I am trying to apply my capital city as Slezkh Castle, from over 2 months ago.

At this moment, I'm in Curaw, waiting for it to be fixed or some solution given so that I can make Curaw my capital city (whatever the fuck that does? I guess it earns them money off of taxes?)

this feature has been disabled since strat v1 and has no function what so ever.
after u have played around with it, u can't undo it again.
