First person with the ability to glance left/right QUICKLY like q/e or somethin would be ok.

Somethin like the longer you hold q/e the further to the left or right you can look, all within the space of 0.5 seconds max for a strained look to the left or right.

I've got a thumb scroll wheel on my mouse, that would be great to be able to roll left/right to look around the first person.
