The irony here, is that I didn't DoS anyone. I would accept a month ban, doubt it will happen though.

This game is like 7 bucks on sale.  You are responsible for the use of your account whether it was your brother or  not.  go buy a new copy whenever its on sale and get over it.  A week is like not a big fucking deal anyways.   Not like you had 6 months into your character or some shit.  If you did have  a long period of good behavior maybe it would be more reasonable for people to believe that you had not committed the offense.

As much as you say that it was your "brother."  We honestly have no way of knowing that.  It was your account, and you are the one who gave it to your brother.  Your brother in turn DDOS'ed the server.  Hence, you are ultimately responsible.  Even if it really was your brother, which seems doubtful, you are still banned and responsible.

Bing. What has already been said: buy a new copy of the game. Or play Native. You can understand people being skeptical of the "it was my brother" because it's as old as internet gaming itself.
