Being a bad player isnt against the rules.
Some guys are just easy kills in strat and he is one of them.
Unless there's some evidence of him obviously wasting gear/tickets eg jumping off and waiting to be killed without fighting back, Im not going to ban him.
AI defence battles have always been like this. The players who have more of a stake in what goes on in strat preserve their lives and are willing to stand around without fighting for that purpose.
Its the Clan vs Clan battles where the real battles are fought.
