Block arrows, Throw, and run
MASTERWORK THROWING WEAPONS ARE VERY GOOD AND MAKE THESE CHARACTERS FROM TOLERABLE INTO GOOD
First build 15/21 has some PS, because as someone who is a level 32 18/21 thrower, you want it for melee. Honestly, it helps

I went to calculate 15/24, and as a pure thrower it'd work out at 31, but at 30 it doesn't work out
that great because you only have 2 shield skill. But at 31 it'd be chill.
ROund Cavalry shield requires 2 shield skill, isn't that resilient but it is still nice. At 4 shield you get the elite cav which is awesome.Don't really need more than 4.

and at 32 you'd get 4 more PS which would be nice, you could melee a bit then hahahaha
I'd go 15/21. Really. RUn around, be safe. SKIRMISHER. The ability to melee is so helpful.
