When you go to the transfer page, it clearly states that gold on non-STF characters can be transferred if they are either over 3 days old OR level 15+. However, I believe the wording needs to be changed to "if they are over 3 days old and level 15+" as the current wording is confusing and not true. I have a character I need to transfer gold from that is about 5 days old and less than level 15, non skip the fun, and still cannot transfer gold.
