U need 5 HA if you want to go full speed accurate shooting with yer +3. Atleast for me. Otherwise the reticule isn't virgin tight enough.

that is exactly your problem, don't try to chase HA's as infantry. You said it yourself, infantry is useless for that.

The only time i actually recieve damage from a HA is when they headshot me, if not then they do around 1/15th, lol.! (with 54 body armour)
