Copying this as it is one of the more noteworthy amendments to the rule list

-Ladder Towers/Ladders to Heaven-
Ladder Towers are forbidden on all servers.

-Recommended Action-
1st Offense: Player should be warned and told to Come down Immediately
2nd Offense: Player should be immediately kicked or Banned for a short period of time
>Building ladder towers is not helpful to your team and usually leads to drawn out rounds or the player is basically leeching. On the siege server building ladders into the sky bypassing the entire defending team is absolutely unfair and is no longer tolerated - it defeats the purpose of Siege gameplay. To avoid being disciplined for this, use ladders in the way they were meant to be used, up against the walls. To define this rule further, 2 or more ladders cannot be stacked on top of each other.
