BAN hospitler Bowpersona A.K.A Spanish

After someone made a poll/kick that didn't amount to much, Bowpersona proceeded to spam about it resulting in a great deal of distractions that lead to my death.
When i started a poll/kick thread on Bowpersona following the nonstop spamming he kicked me, without even asking why!  Had he, I would of explained he was in clear violation of the spamming/griefing rules

This person is in direct violation of the following rule, "No abuse of in-game chat (racism, insulting, griefing...)." which this person was clearly doing and thus my poll/kick was justified against him and his kick of me in retaliation was completely unjustified.

In the future bowpersona, decisive action is advisable on your part instead of spamming and making a great deal about it, eathor kick or move on otherwise it interferes with the flow of battle and you become the problem.

First of all BowPersona is my alt so I shall say what happened. I can not help that the only way I can communicate on the server is via pink chat. And its not meaningless thing when its your name on the wrong side of a poll and it is my job to stop people from griefing others that are simply playing the game. If you were getting poll banned for playing your class would you enjoy that and consider it meaningless waste of time? Then he polls me while Im explaining that poll abuse is banworthy, so you're upset I only kicked you? And using pink chat is not spam especially since it was all spaced out.

Just like I told you in game span, It's not about you or individuals it about the flow of battle and keeping things in rythem.  When you noobmins do shit like that it's not battle anymore is a fucking drama show staring you and whoever your picking on.  In such a way you are in violation of the rules (specifically the one i mentioned above) and should be banned. 

Furthermore when i poll/kicked you for legitimate reasons you kicked me for non-legitimate reason.  Kicking for no reason is no different then someone issuing a poll/kick for no reason and as such you should be banned!

You're blaming me for your death because I was typing with pink letters specifically addressing an issue that was interrupting the flow of game play for another individual? And you consider me spamming pink chat when i only typed in it 4 or 5 times. Especially since most of it was one or two words. Pathetic excuse for a ban and you're are just butt hurt i kicked you for poll abusing an illegitimate poll after I warned about poll abuse.

An issue that was between 2 players became an issue that the whole server became aware of because of you.  This easily could have been avoided as I have seen countless goodmins handle such situations quickly and with the most minimal of impacts to the flow of battle.

And again I have already explained how you broke the rules continuing to grief me with such statements as, "butt hurt" will not solve anything.  Lol seriously how old are you anywayz... Butthurt lol.

You're right I should of just kicked huey for poll abuse without warning obvisouly and it shouldnt be that much of a deal that I typed in pink chat 4-5 times....honestly what you're really upset about is the fact I kicked you without hesitation.

No trust me i couldn't give a shit about that lol,  I've been banned and hacked (as i like to say, lol) so a lil kick aint not big deal to me.  What agitates me is when people obstruct the flow of battle, especially when admins do it.  As it seems there has been an influx of new admins lately there is a stark contrast between the vet admins and the noob admins in the way they handle things.  Many of the noob admins tend to indulge in there powers at the expense of the rythem of battle, hell i've seen admins using pink chat just to talk or to interfere with battles when they are dead.  When you asked huey why he polled that was fine, but you just went on and on about it, and that was the biggest disruption of all.

I will agree I have seen admins(don't remember which ones and don't care) busting out the pink chat for no reason other than wanting the entire server to read their stupid joke or mindless garbage. It is as annoying as poll abusing. I hit 1 asap just to get that shit off my screen.
