Rock the Vote

I've played other games which had an rtv or rock the vote system, where individual players could type /rtv to give a vote to randomly change to another map with enough votes. 

I think this would be a good suggestion, because players have their own map preferences, and it should have around 75% of player votes on server to change the map to another random map on the server.

I've been told that if an admin changes the current map it restarts the whole rotation, so I don't think they can add this
