Spectating freelook at double speed -> double tap

Left-click to remove the chat without making what you wrote disappear. Running without doing any other action for 2 seconds makes you sprint. Having two shield will give you an extra speed penalty. Not just the normal weight speed penalty.

Btw with some special keys you can disable chat permanently..

CTRL + M.. At least i believe it was it, maybe ALT, Shift.
