Ban clan`s baner user

Anal_The_Bleeding, because I am saying about him. He is a troll and provocateur. He still use OUR CLAN BANER. I think this clan`s baner have a bug. if someone will give application to any clan and he fast click "use clan`s baner" in char edit, he already can use this baner. And that guy make  this. by him Greys made poll for kick him what we can see for example on this topic:

I write to Anal (in game) but he said "this is not grey baner". so when i write to him greys = sraka i Didnt get any reply
So my questions are: Does he can use our baner or not? if he can`t(because that i think) please do somethink.
if you need any photos please write this,I dont give them because I have a hope he will stop and I dont want make situation where he will get ban by me.

I think he means that someone is exploiting the system by applying to the clan, which for some reasons means they are able to use the "clans banner" but it should get reset as soon as they leave the server having been rejected, hence the kicks.

But nonetheless, this is not a reason to initiate a kick poll.
I'm sure the devs who created this system are currently looking into sorting it out.

Let's follow the sense and make all clear:
1. I saw faction with queer name SRAKA, left application for it and comming to play, was effective and helpful for team:

3. Then all Greys must change their tag to SRAKA, only then call this banner their, because no official notification about any changes in GO. Without this anyone can use this banner.
And the last - there is no rules, that deny to leave application to join faction, right? Even if it's SRAKA faction.

unimportant it is HRE Kapikulu or GO (with difrent name) we dont accept  you in our clan, and this is unimportant you have good stats -  we dont want you with our baner. if you like this baner we can sell it to you, we bought this baner for 120000 ? So ? you want buy it?
