shields and throwing weapons

 should there be a penalty when using shields with throwing weapons
EX: accuracy or damage maybe both?

no because 1h weapons dont have a penalty with shields.

plus thats their main advantage and without shields theyd be like bows with no ammo and horrible accuracy.

well lets say that they get a penalty when using a high tier shield like the huscarl.
