So if I join a clan in the ladder, who is the one that accepts me to the clan? The one that created it or some dev? It would be nice to see, who created it, as there is a clan "Wolper" but thats not our real clan name.

Not yet, the whole thing is very basic and main usage right now is for the clan banners.
