Alternate banners

I used the alternate banner pack with all the "off the edge banners" filtered out. With the new banner system I fear that we'll see a lot of shitty banners like pink smiling semens and stuff. I would like to have an option to use alternate banners and block some of the really eye hurting ones or replace them.

What's definately a no go is porn, racism, crap like that.
(*edit*disclaimer: i don't think porn is crap, but there are several laws in place that can get us in trouble if we don't forbid it)

If you upload a banner like that you will probably get banned for a long, long time.
