No, thats just stupid. "I earn more money than you, so I can wear the golden Helmet and you not."
Time invested != Learning curveIt is more than just black and white.
Someone has a lot of work hours, another less work hours.
Someone has a lot of money, another less money.
All 4 spend as much time as their life allow them on a game.
Is the one who can spend most time in front of the computer more special than others? Clearly not. The learning curve of a game cannot be compared to items gathering.
If any of those who cannot spend the time they would like to on a game, can have the option to buy some regular items that'd put them on the same playing field as normal players, that would not be bad at all, as long as there aren't any unique or overpowered Pay2Win options, people should not be able to buy their way to the top or buy themselves to something so powerful they'd be slaughtering other players much more easily.
That is unfortunatly what most developers do though, add unique or overpowered Pay2Win options, because they're looking to make a lot of money, not please the players.
You can also forget about any sort of Pay2Win ever happening in a Mount&Blade mod, unless TaleWorlds change their policies.
