It was enough for ma longbow.

BUT...!

After 30 lvl ,when uh set ma PD at 10 (build 30\12)

Game says - ''ur proficiency in bow is too low''. whit 137 wpf and simple light armor.

Now longbow shoting feel's like near 100 wpf cap ((

and always says - ''ur proficiensy bla bla bla..."

...

So  is that new nerf for archers?  or whaddahell?? :

Every point of PD requires 14 wpf.

Yes, to have a proper 10 PD build you will need to go to 31.
