I'd go for the longest possible weapon. Stack agi and start backpedalling. You can't fight with a short weapon if you don't have a good ping.
was just going to suggest exactly this. I say be a piker. You won't rack up a godly amount of kills, but you'll be a great support troop and can stop horses (although at 200 ping this might be tricky!)
