Unban Puszczyk

Hi,
 I have a problem with a cRPG mod. When today I install and run cRPG, I get kicks from every servers "You are banned from this server". I can't write about that on cRPG forums, beacuse I don't have and can't create account. Anyone know the solution of this problem?

What's the reason for his banishment? If none, he'd sure appreciate an unban. I'm sure he'll forgive you.

Give me a time, a server name and a char name when you/he tried to connect, I'll check the logs when I get home.

Odds are he bought his key from cdkeyhouse or direct2play, two stores that sell their keys to multiple people.
Since all chars are bound to the keys and everyone who owns that key can access the account at any time we ban them to prevent item/char loss.

So he will need to purchase a new key from a trusted shop.

Puszczyk is his char name. And he said "5 months ago" was the last time he played, though that he wasn't banned then.

What I will need is a time, server name (one of the official servers (EU_cRPG_X / NA_cRPG_X)) and the exact char name he is trying it with.

The char won't be created if he is banned so having that info is the only way to check for us what key we are talking about.
