What do you guys think of this:

lvl 16
generation 1,
3 kills
61 deaths
70 Polearm
50 throwing
50 one handed weapons

That is my stats.... bet none of you can beat that for suckiness.  I use a 1 handed war axe, a "spear", throwing daggers, and a broken kite shield.  I wear light strange armor with peasant hood and light leather boots.

Oh by the way, I am new to cRPG and Warband, but I am an old M&B vet.  fyi on Warband I normally get more kills than deaths lol

As a fast tip, only concentrate on two weapon stats (wpf allocation).
http://infinitum.dyndns.org/crpg/calc.htm < this will help you plan a character (Level 30 is your goal, as you should retire at 31 to get a heirloom weapon).

Also remember that at level 15 or higher you can do a "soft" retire, and keep all weapons and gold but start again at level 31, this way you can rebuild stats if you want.

Don't wear weeabo stuff!
As peasant play siege, it's just more fun to respawn than wait 6 minutes for the next round.
Focus on one or max two weapon proficiencies
I wouldn't retire before 31 your build isn't unplayable messed up.

That's fine, your gen 1 so you've been low levels for a long time.  Just start committing more wpf to one primary stat and you should be fine.  Buy a little better armor and fix your shield.  Don't retire at 15 (better off creating an alt at that point) just keep going for 31 and retirement, it gets easier each time and you can plan your character better after you've gone to level 30 and see what you like and don't like about your current character.  Performance at level 16 and level 30 are very different.
