agreed , whats the point of an agility build when its nerfed 25% of the time.
perhaps if we would have weather effects on str builds it would be ok :)
like on pure sunny days those with less durability(agi) meaning str based builds get slowed down  how about that?

and why? because they sun is so heavy on their big armor, lol :D
lets see, a marathon trained like sportsmen in light armor
against
a tincan, powerfull but slow and by far not very durable

both making a 40 km walk with occasitional fighting
+ burning sun from the sky
who is more likely to adept?

Also there maybe the returned way.
Very cold snowy map/weather. Those medium/heavy armor may stay warm a bit longer(mmm how is that with tincans in the cold? they would need a pelty fluffy armor? otherwise their dingong just freezes to the steel)

This does kind of raise the point as to how stupid the rain penalties are considering they actually do equal these suggestions. There is 0 point to the rain penalties.

this pls, or no penaltys at all.
shooting at people from a reachable place as last man standing is not delaying. Even if you're on the other side of the map.
