Heraldic Tunic

Not sure whether or not this has been suggested or not....

But there should be a heraldic tunic that is under 3 weight. Could simply be a green tunic like model but heraldic.

Not someone who would make such a thing but I'll throw the idea up.

Has been suggested many times. One of the things I don't get why is it not implemented. Sure heraldry on some armors looks rather bad but some fit quite nice. For example padded jack fits nicely, heres few screens from merc mod:
