Page for complete heirloom information

I feel it's annoying that I need a certain skill such as power throwing in order to see what the stats of a loomed throwing weapon will get on the retirement page. It would be nice to have a full page dedicated to all the items and the skills they get at different heirloom levels for information purposes only.

Yeah, I mean, I understand you can't loom the items you can't use - but couldn't they at least show up and be greyed out with the warnings *YOU NEED MORE SKILL* or something?

There could even be a filter you need to check to see those items.
