Was taking shots at me from behind since I joined, shrugged it off, the next round he decided to go all out and kill me intentionally.

The guy TK'd and that was out of line but Jesus, there have been many complaints about you the past couple days for spamming voice commands:  this provokes and instigates people pretty bad, and spamming voice commands isn't allowed either.  Knock it out
