strength and weight allowances.
I read on the wiki that STR effects how much weight you can carry effecting the amounts you are encumbered by heavy armor.

Is there a formula I can find for this any where you can link. or is some one able to share it here?

Is it something like your STR=Weight Before burden
Some one with 15 str can carry 15 lbs of weight before feeling feeling the effects slowing you down?
Some one with 30 str can have 30 lbs of wight before being slowed ect?

How exactly does str effect weight allowance at all even?

From what I seen i don't see anything showing this to be the case it seems odd that some one with 9 str and 27 agi would move faster in heavy armor then some one with 27 str and 9 agi in heavy armor.

AFAIK Str doesn't affect carry weight.

If anything, more agi lets you move at a faster top speed with the shit you're carrying.

Both strength and weapon master affect how much you are slowed by weight, IIRC. And weapon master has the bigger effect.
