Kryser_The_Operative does not exist - please register

It's been 5 days since my name change. I retired for my 4th gen character. Asked for a name change to DL_Kryser and for DL_Kryser I did not make a password for that character. When the name change took place all my equipment and items are equipable, but I cant access the site to buy new equipment, or retire.

I now have over 120k saved up to buy a whole bunch of nice things and I cant access my own main account. Nobody has any idea why this has happened and im getting fusturated, because I want to repair my plated charger and my courser. This is really bugging me, plz pm me advice or if your admin powers can change any of my passwords plz pm me your change so I can return to my beloved character page.

Log into another char of yours, press the "reset all pw" button, problem solved

Ok guys, im not retarded. I've looked over several threads regarding issues like this one, but not the same.
Kryser_The_Operative was my previous name, then I changed it to DL_Kryser...... Now i can no longer access any ALTS or DL_Kryser. Kryser_The_Operative doesnt work. NOTHING WORKS. But i can still Level DL_Kryser in game, and use the equipment that I have purchased before the name change. I made two new characters to try and log in onto the site so i could clear my passwords and change them all, and guess what? I still cant log into the crpg site. Its bugging me, and i've tried all the ideas in the book.

If you have another option other than, did u try to log in? or did you change your gender, plz dont bother posting because ive tried it.

This is an issue with something other than passwords, Im blocked out of my characters so i cant buy new equipment, and in 2 levels, i wont be able to retire.

I'm having the exact same issue.

Changed name from EngineEpsilon_RS to EngineEpsilon.

I can't log in to any char, any alt, and the error returned (no matter the char name I input) is "EngineEpsilon_RS does not exist - please register"

I'm fine ingame but have no access to the site...

Very strange... I didn't think that would work at all, since I was entering the correct info in both fields and clicking Login...

Clearing Chrome's entire cache & cookies (only, and from the beginning of time) seemed to do the trick.
