I've actually only seen the first episode (which is a bit shameful given that I'm one of the original developers of AD1257).. Will watch it later today now that you've given it so good critique.

He sounds quite like a less gruff version of Captain Price but the series is good nonetheless. Great atmosphere and use of first person.
