Added the wrong Attributes points, so I have to Respec. But after putting password and pressing Respec botton, nothing happened. Why???

You can not respec Skip the Fun characters.

Are you using a STF?

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.

Lol, last time I retired was last summer. Now I only play to lvl 32, once I get bored I respec back to lvl 31 and change my build. This way I get to fight with a build slightly stronger than what 90% of the community has + I don't have to grind at all.

It doesn't look like it did anything but it did. Check your character page. I did it 3 times once, and then realized I respecced 3 times. Lesson learned.
