Bought black armor from the market got no armor an lost my gold?

Bought a lordly black armor from the market an i didn't receive the armor but i payed for it so i still have lost the gold i bought it for...

Anyone tried this before  :

Sry for the misinformation didn't knew i could find this mail in sent msg from the website anyways this is the only transaction msg i have about the trade.
