As of right now . I got evrything back excpet armor because flowers decided to trade +3 brigandine for +3 surcoat over mail 
So we are trying to get that armor back

I hate to say it but neither was he tricked into trading the items to Flowers (which would be scamming like during a heirloom point sale) nor did he screw up his marketplace offer which is the only thing covered by that new rule.

If you trust people with your gear, you are on your own.

We are not planing on removing the whole trust part from the game, the new rule is just there until the Market system is failproof

I find it pretty hilarious though that ricky trades stuff off the account just in case he might get unbanned at some point, don't get your hopes up bro.
